Ice cream and gelato ingredients
Ingredients for producing Italian style gelato. We use Italian style techniques and mix with local fruit to create excellent ice cream. One of the best seller examples are the following flavors: durian, bananas, pineapples, passion fruit, mango, green tea. In addition, we also import agricultural ingredients from abroad such as hazelnuts, pistachios, vanilla and natural essences.



Ice cream paste

Pastes are concentrated ingredient made from fruit to be used as ingredients in making ice cream, gelato or cakes. Is a sort of professional jam very strong in flavor specially designed for ice cream production to have the standard taste every time. It also smells delicious and helps to reduce the problem of ice cream that is too hard or it is not smooth. Each type of paste is formulated to help improve not only the taste but also the texture of the ice cream. Can be used in combination with fresh fruit or as a replacement of fruits. It also reduce production costs.


Vanilla paste
• Paste for ice cream
• It does contain vanilla essences and is dark yellow
• Use 20gr for each 1000gr ice cream milk mix

Tiramisu paste
• Paste for ice cream
• Very strong tiramisu' flavor. Dark color.
• Use 60-80gr for each 1000gr ice cream milk mix

Mango paste
• Paste for ice cream
• Flavor of the famous mango namdogmai quality fo Thailand. Strong yellow, bitter and sweet.
• Use 80gr for each 1000gr ice cream milk mix or water mix

Strawberry paste
• Paste for ice cream milk or water base as well
• Dark red. it contains seeds.
• Use 80-100gr for each 1000gr ice cream milk mix or water mix

Blueberry paste
• Paste for ice cream milk or water base as well
• It contains blueberry seeds, dark blue
